Oenoferm® B52
The yeast strain for exceptional conditions
Oenoferm® B52 is a saccharomyces cerevisiae bayanus selected in Champagne on Chardonnay for its excellent fermentation characteristics and resistance to extreme winemaking conditions. It can be added directly and does not need to be rehydrated.
