Special features

 

  • Accelerates the clarification and sedimentation behaviour of the musts by rapidly reducing viscosity
  • Good clarification of the musts and simultaneous compaction of the lees deposit (higher yields of clear juice)
  • Pectin degradation possible from 5°C
