Description

Automation of must and wine distribution, represents a set of works, namely:

- System design and execution of stainless steel pipeworks for must and wine distribution
- System design and execution of pneumatic pipeworks
- Design and execution of electrical routes, electrical panels and master operator panels with touch screen
- Comissioning and staff training
- Complete tecnhical documentation
- Warranty and Maintenance

In order to optimize production processes, the handling of must and wine in secondary winemaking is done in the same way, easily and efficiently by configuring the routes on the master touch screen by the operator.

Similar to the presentation "Grape reception automation", the operator master screen contains the following technological information:

• volume, temperature and the type of grape stored
• Fermentation starting time
• Quantity of transferred product
• Pipelines in work
• Information of the pipelines which need to be washed

Advantages:

- Simple use and monitoring of the entire winemaking process
- archiving all manoeuvres performed by the operator
- Warnings and archive saves
- Graphical and table type edits for system variables
- Vessel reports: processed grape varieties, harvesting areas, quantities
- Product traceability tracking

The technology used allows communication between sensors, valves and PLCs through binary and analog signals so that the operator receives detailed information on the screen about the nature of the defect as well as remedial solutions.

In an ever-growing market, the demand for quality wines has increased, forcing producers to revise their quality standards; That is why, in order to improve the quality of the product, we propose the sanitization of the routes in an automated regime of flexible, programmable cycles.

Our company promotes the use of this concept in wineries or wineries, as a modern and economical alternative for combining tradition with technology.
