the right to rectification, i.e., the right to obtain correction, without justified delay, by Valdo Invest SRL of inaccurate/unjustified personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data; The rectification/completion will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data has been transmitted unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort;
the right to data deletion, without unjustified delay, ("the right to be forgotten"), if one of the following reasons applies: they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
if consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing;
if the concerned individual opposes the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds;
if the personal data has been processed illegally;
if the personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation;

It is possible that, following the request to delete the data, Valdo Invest SRL anonymizes these data (depriving them of personal character) and continues processing under these conditions for statistical purposes;

processing is illegal, and the individual opposes the deletion of personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;
