VitaFerm®

Base nutrient with inactive yeast cells

VitaFerm® is used as a standard nutrient to ensure optimal yeast activity during alcoholic fermentation. It supplies diammonium hydrogen phosphate and thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), as well as other valuable ingredients from inactivated yeast components.

YAN (Yeast Available Nitrogen) is increased by 28 mg/L for a dosage of 20 g / 100 L VitaFerm® Base
